On Nov26, 2012, Cham Shan Int’l Medical Center held an open class for the students of Amerisia International School. Teachers and students from the 4th grade came to our clinic to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine and human body system. Our doctor gave the students a detailed lesson in English, with lots of pictures and models to help learning. Our doctor also showed students how to do acupuncture and how to feel the pulse to diagnose disease, which gave the students a first impression of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After the class, the doctor gave a hospital tour to the students, to help children know more about the different departments of a comprehensive hospital, and learn more about the usage of many different machines. The students showed great interests in learning and finally the Q and A session lead the class to an end.
